Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality and care put into every item we create. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Because these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and only after contacting us directly. Approval of an exchange is at our sole discretion.

Non-Custom (Standard) Items

All non-custom items may be eligible for return after contacting the seller first. Returns must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return approval is required prior to sending any item back.
