Products & Services

We offer custom engraved products, personalized items, and other gift products. Custom and personalized items are created based on customer-provided information. You are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (names, dates, spelling, designs, etc.) are accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom engraved products: All custom items are final sale unless otherwise stated. Production begins after order submission and approval. Minor variations in color, engraving depth, wood grain, or finish may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted items.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received.

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Local pickup in Wentzville, Missouri may be available for select orders. Local delivery may be offered for select items for a nominal fee. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an item has shipped.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, and product photos, is the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You may not use this website or our products for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: Violating any applicable laws or regulations. Infringing on intellectual property rights. Submitting offensive, harmful, or misleading content for customization. Attempting to disrupt or compromise the website’s security.
